Hi! My name is Lyndsee and I am a seventeen year old book nerd. I read fantasy novels in my spare time so I have an active imagination. The beach is about a five minute walk from my house. This is where I hangout with friends and occasionally surf. I love to take pictures of anything and everything. One of my favorite things to take pictures of is an oncoming storm at the beach and my dog. I go down to the park by my house everyday to play with all the dogs. I love to sing and just happen to be in choir. However, do not get me wrong, I scream song lyrics in the car like everyone else.
The main reason I joined newspaper is because I was looking for a zero period. However, newspaper seems like a lot of fun and could bring up some opportunities to show off your writing, photography, and video skills. The thing I like about newspaper is that I can take pictures for someones’ article. Photography is just another way of expressing yourself. A personal goal for me in this class is to be a better photographer, learn some new tricks, and make some new friends. I also, hope I can improve my writing skills. I will admit that I am not a strong writer. My goal for college is to continue studying medical and hopefully get a degree. I also, want to take ASL. It has been something I’ve wanted to do for as long as I can remember. I heard college was fun, so I guess I’ll have to wait and see!
