Happy New Year! January has so much in store for you!
Capricorn (Dec. 22 – Jan. 19):
Make the best of your January, Capricorn! Even if your day starts out on a bad note don’t let that affect the rest of your day. One event shouldn’t ruin your whole day. Stay positive and don’t let the little things get you down and try instead to keep a smile on your face because after all, smiling prevents wrinkles, right? You have so much to feel happy about so don’t allow the negative stuff override all the positive stuff. You’ll thank me much later on when you’re old and wrinkle-free :).

Aquarius (Jan. 20 – Feb. 18):
You’ve been extra busy lately and it’s about time you slow down a bit and take some time for you. Do something that truly makes you happy and try to focus on just that, nothing else. Forget all your worries for the time being and just enjoy. I know this isn’t a priority in your life because you’re always doing something but you should definitely consider putting “you” time on that cluttered list of priorities. This will not only benefit your mood, you’ll also be less cranky and more clear-minded.

Pisces (Feb. 19 – Mar. 20):
It’s about time you start getting organized, Pisces. Just about everyone feels better when they know where their stuff is because you’re not constantly having anxiety attacks when you “lose” things. Even though it does take some time to get organized and you have to be in an organizing mood to do it, it is so worth it once you’re done. Your confidence will be boosted and all your friends will be jealous. Not to mention your mom won’t be nagging you all the time!

You’ve been more generous than usual lately and people have taken notice. Now it’s your turn to receive! You deserve to be rewarded for your generosity so don’t feel like you have to give something back in return. You are so sweet and that sweetness is finally being reciprocated. Take it all in and accept the love!

Taurus (Apr. 20 – May 20):
Try to not get yourself stuck in a rut this month, Taurus and continue being spontaneous. Think of yourself as a really good TV show, one in which there are twists and turns at every corner and nobody knows what’s going to happen next. You’re really good at thinking outside of the box so put this gift of yours to good use! You also give off great vibes and people will be drawn to you because of how fun you are to be around. When you’re feeling bored I challenge you to do the first thing that comes to mind that sounds fun and worthwhile. Whatever you do don’t hold back!

Gemini (May 21 – June 20):
Do something this month that reminds you of your childhood. This can range from eating your favorite childhood meal or looking through all your school projects your mom has kept from elementary school. This can be fun to do as a family, because you might get a few chuckles in especially if you find your old journals from English class, and it’s always a good thing to take some time to reminisce on the old times. You’re always looking towards the future and now it’s about time you blast back to the past for a little while. What could hurt?

Cancer (June 21 – July 22):
This month will provide you with great opportunities to enhance your relationships and build new friendships. This will only happen though if you keep an open mind and throw judgement out the window. Everyone has something great to offer and the fun part is the quest of discovery. Give everyone a fair and equal chance.

Leo (July 23 – Aug. 22):
You can’t deny that you have a teensy problem with time management. The funny thing is once you get started on something you get really into it and you end up doing a really good job. Keep this in mind the next time you want to procrastinate. I’m not saying you have to finish whatever it is you are doing in a single time frame but I am suggesting that you divide things up into little bite-sized pieces so you don’t get so stressed out. Feeling stressed doesn’t feel good so don’t save stuff until the very last minute. (This is much easier said than done, I know.)

Virgo (Aug. 23 – Sept. 22):
Stop dwelling on the past and embrace the present and look forward to the future. This may be hard for you because of your perfectionism but it is well worth it. Enjoy the present moment and instead of worrying about your future which you seem to always do, think of it as an exciting opportunity. And remember there is so much more to you than what you do and what you look like. If we could all change the way we looked and acted in middle school we would but that is unfortunately just not going to happen. So, the next best thing is to make the best of today and all of the other ones that follow.

Libra (Sept. 23 – Oct. 22):
Be unapologetically you this month, Libra! Commit to not people-pleasing and just being all that you are. After all, you are pretty great :). Also commit to not trying to be like anyone else. This will help you commit to your goal of not people-pleasing. You don’t need to change in any way, shape, or form to appease people. And that’s besides the point anyway. Who said you have to be liked by everyone? Being you is way more important than pleasing others. I think au naturale is a good look on you, try it out!

Scorpio (Oct. 23 – Nov. 21):
Time is on your side this month, Scorpio! You will be on a roll when it comes to thinking clearly and quick. Your ideas will be killer and everyone will be jealous of how awesome you are. For once that one subject in school that you’ve always had trouble with will start to make sense and you’ll experience a sense of confidence and accomplishment. This will boost your overall morale and you might even feel good about yourself, and you should! You have so much to feel good about.

Invest in your future this month. This can mean saving money instead of spending it or looking into new hobbies you could try out. You never what what might spark your interest. Remember you’re going to have to sacrifice something in order to gain something. In your case, it is going to be so worth it! What you gain will far outweigh what you initially lose. Trust yourself and your future will be greater than you can even imagine.
