The San Clemente Municipal Golf Course has been providing the community with a quality and welcoming golf experience for almost 90 years. Located on the south side of town, “Muni”, as it is known by locals, offers 18 holes of wonderful views and enjoyable golf.
Known for its wide fairways and straight-forward holes, this par 36 course gives the player a relaxed atmosphere and scenic round of golf. With rolling hills that cut between the coast and the canyon, golfers have a variety of spectacular ocean views as they play. With the cheapest rates in town, and especially great deals for juniors, “Muni” provides a memorable golfing experience for a very affordable price.
Like our town, what makes Muni particularly special is the sense of community at the course. “There is an amazing golf community at the muni that is very welcoming; if you’re a player that wants to start playing, muni is a great environment with supportive people that turn into friends.” said San Clemente High School senior Ishaan Mody.
