Australian actor Jacob Elordi has been accused of physically assaulting a radio producer outside a hotel in Sydney, Australia.

Jacob Elordi has always been a fan favorite for his roles in Euphoria, The Kissing Booth series, and Pricilla. However, it was his recent breakout role as Felix in Saltburn that has made him the talk of the world. On Saturday, Elordi was at the Clovelly Hotel in Sydney, Australia when he was approached by a radio producer, Joshua Fox, for the The Kyle and Jackie O Show. On his radio show on Monday, Fox claimed that he allegedly approached Elordi and asked if he could have some of his bathwater for his colleague Jackie O as a joke in reference to the viral Saltburn scene. Elordi then asked Fox to stop recording and proceeded to have “got in [Fox’s] face” and “demand[ed] [he] delete the footage.” When Fox shared the audio of this altercation on his show Elordi can be heard asking Fox to stop filming.

Initially, Fox agreed to delete the footage; however, he then told Elordi that this interaction made him feel uncomfortable and that this was his only evidence. Then Fox allegedly said this is when Elordi “kind of just flips, and he kind of pushes me against the wall, and his hands are on my throat.” When the news station EW reached out to the New South Wales Police, they confirmed that there was an investigation for an interaction outside a hotel in Sydney on February 3rd, 2024, involving a 32-year-old man who was allegedly assaulted by a 26-year-old man. While Elordi is under fire in the news reports, his fans continue to have his back. Senior Josiah Armstrong claimed that, “Jacob Elordi is innocent til proven guilty,” while senior Addie Flynn also claimed that, “This situation could have been blown out of proportion, nothing is confirmed until there is evidence.” Does this show Jacob Elordi’s true colors, or is this just another example of a person fishing for fame?
