Sam is 17 years old and a senior at San Clemente High School beginning his first year as a writer with the Triton Times. Although he has never written for a newspaper before, Sam has experience writing from many years of English class. He hopes to one day achieve the same greatness in SCHS Newspaper history as Max Jonnaert and maybe continue his newspaper career in college. Sam currently plays club soccer for SC Surf and hopes to attend Purdue University and pursue engineering after he graduates.
