Taylor Van Dijk is a senior at San Clemente High School and immensely enjoys being the Editor-in-Chief for the Triton Times. Her main writing focus this year has been student life and the community of San Clemente, which she has fostered a deeper understanding of through the incorporation of design and photography as a medium of expression. Along with writing and editing for the newspaper, around the school, you will find Taylor planning school events in ASB, cleaning San Clemente’s beaches with Blue Oceans Club, or studying for her classes. Outside of school, you will find her driving PCH with friends, working as a barista at Zebra House Coffee, or heading down to Lost Winds. After high school, she hopes to study investigative journalism coupled with political science, as she wants to be the change in the current landscape of media.
