All’s Fair portrays the story of 6 women lawyers in Los Angeles. These lawyers are played by Niecy Nash, Glen Close, Kim Kardashian, Teyana Taylor, Naomi Watts, and Sarah Paulson. The show focuses on women empowerment and the strength behind a female led business. Kim Kardashian plays Allura, who is the main character and leads three of the other women to join her in creating an all-female led law firm named “Grant, Ronson, and Greene” after their last names. Glen Close’s character Dina acts as a supportive mother figure in the business world to these women as she was the boss at the previous law firm they worked at before creating their own. Teyana’s character Milan is Allura’s assistant and a student in law school. Finally, Sarah Paulson’s character, Carrington, is the villain of this series. She has held a stiff grudge against “Grant, Ronson, and Greene,” and Dina for many years as a result of being left out of their plan to create the incredibly powerful all women firm. As well as portraying these five women as very powerful and driven lawyers there is also quite a bit of romance and drama intertwined within this series. Allura’s marriage to a NFL player falls apart in the second episode leaving a mess of a love story which the entire first season covers. Senior Ireland Lawrence mentioned how “excited [she is] to watch All’s Fair, and how [she has] seen so much coverage of it on social media” as a result of the celebrity filled cast which has drawn quite a bit of attention to this show.
While Sarah Paulson’s harsh character in All’s Fair may not be the center of the show, when it comes to American Horror story she is most definitely a main character. Having just announced its season thirteenth release date which is planned to be on Halloween of 2026 fans are excited to see what is in store. Senior Ellie Martin noted how she has “loved all of the other seasons of this show and [she is] very excited to hear that another one is on the way.” Alongside Paulson are many other returning cast members such as Jessica Lange, Evan Peters, Kathy Bates, Emma Roberts, Billie Lourd, Leslie Grossmanand and Angela Bassett, as well as the exciting new addition of Ariana Grande. This incredible cast is sure to create another amazing season of this beloved show.
With the new excitement surrounding All’s Fair due to Kim Kardashian’s participation and the star-studded cast along with the fan favorite long running series of American Horror story announcing its thirteenth season, Hulu is fostering a large year packed with entertainment fans will love.
