Alix Earle is a TikTok star and lifestyle influencer well-known for her relatable beauty content. Her classic blonde hair and blue eyes, coupled with her engaging personality has many fans describing her as the “it” girl. Earle’s popular posts, mainly consisting of “GRWM” videos and vlogs of her crazy nights out, have only increased her fame.
On March 31st, Earle launched her new skincare brand Reale Actives, which came as a huge surprise to her following. Many saw the new brand as inconsistent with her typical content and were left wondering how skincare related to her.

What her fanbase fails to realize, however, is that Earle’s acne struggles are almost entirely what her content was centered around when she first rose to fame. Her personal journey to clear skin is what inspired the creation of her new brand, and Earle hopes her fans will experience similar positive results.
Senior Sophia Annaloro, a self-proclaimed long-time fan, expressed her playful “disappointment in Alix’s fans,” as Earle “having a skincare brand makes complete sense.” Sophia shared that she first started following Earle because of her “helpful skincare tips” and is “proud to watch her accomplishments in the business.”
Another point of confusion was the marketing techniques that Earle used leading up to the brand launch. Before officially announcing the line, the Reale Actives team set up a billboard in New York City where recipients of a large puzzle piece were tasked with putting together the image that would reveal what exactly the secret brand was. However, the mysterious nature of this advertising technique left Earle’s fans rather puzzled. SCHS senior Abby Rudderow shared that she “didn’t understand the branding” and “wasn’t very interested in the secret because it was so confusing.”
Aside from the criticisms, the skincare line has been very well-received by the public. The Reale Actives bundle comes with four dermatologist-developed products designed to treat acne and maintain blemish-free skin. Senior Sacha Bacharach commented that she is “obsessed with the sage green packaging,” and that the products are the “perfect addition to her nightly routine.”
With yet another success on her resume, Alix Earle is on track to become the next big thing.
