Hi! I’m Hailey and I’m 16 years old. I enjoy creative writing, mostly short stories, and I like taking pictures of the world around me. My favorite color is blue, but not like a baby blue or a sky blue, more like a dark navy kind of color. I absolutely adore horror, everything creepy, scary, dark and twisted! Not in a sociopath kind of way, I promise I’m not a sociopath. More like…a queen of darkness..except I’m not a queen…so…a princess of darkness? Is that a thing? We’ll go with that, I’m a princess of darkness because why not. I also thoroughly enjoy drag queens. Music is a big part of my life. I listen to music to keep calm and to get things done, and I usually find a new song every day. I usually listen to Twenty-One Pilots, Eden, Fall Out Boy, and a bunch of others. I wanted to join newspaper to learn more about writing and broaden my aspects when it comes to writing. I also wanted to work more on my photography and get better at taking pictures. I find both writing and taking pictures as a way to express oneself, which is why I enjoy doing both. My personal goal for this year is to get better at writing and taking pictures. As for college, I can’t decide for that yet!
