Sophie Echternach is a Senior at San Clemente High School and this is her second year in Newspaper. She enjoys being in Newspaper because of the fun community of people involved as well as seeing her writing skills improve. Outside of school you can probably find Sophie eating an obnoxious amount of avocado toast or poke , at the beach, or wherever her friends are. After high school Sophie plans to attend college and study the field of Nutrition and Dietetics. She is looking forward to this year on the Newspaper staff and hopes her articles will bring some entertainment to her peers.
